Dr. Park was amazing. I had a cleaning and additional treatment done here, and I was extremely impressed by how thorough and attentive he was. My wife and I both go here and this is honestly the best dentist we’ve ever had. The entire team is incredibly friendly, the office is very clean, and the technology they use is very modern and high-tech. We’ve had several procedures done here including a root canal, deep cleaning, fillings, and a mouth guard, and every experience has been excellent. Everything is explained clearly and Dr. Park is fantastic! We’re very happy we found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Extremely Disappointed — Patient Mistreatment I have been a patient of The Dental Way and trusted Dr. Parker with my dental care. Recently, I went in to replace an old cap. He removed the cap, placed a temporary, and later fitted a permanent one. From the start, something felt wrong. I returned multiple times due to pain and issues with the tooth. Despite adjustments and antibiotics, the problems continued until I was referred to a root canal specialist. The specialist was surprised that Dr. Parker attempted to cap the tooth at all, as it appeared cracked internally and was unsalvageable. In the end, I spent $550 on a crown that never should have been placed. When I asked for reimbursement, I was told I could only receive “store credit.” As a loyal patient, this response is unacceptable. I am a single mother, currently unemployed, and trusted this office with my care. To perform unnecessary work and then refuse to refund me is not only unethical, but also shows a lack of compassion and accountability. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting this practice.

A friend recommended Dr. Park and he is honestly the best. I love that Dr. Park makes sure you're not in any discomfort or pain throughout the procedure. He's also really fun to talk to about life in general. All around great dentist and the staff he has there are great too. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly.
